Many Reason I can put to describe why having this blog....., but honestly is because I like to share what I know from the experience I had.

It is easy for anybody to click and search the recipes or pictures you wish to see and try.

Normally I challenge myself with any recipes before I put it here. It is good for me to do that so I can say if the recipe is easy or difficult to do and to prove that the food is YUMMY to my standard.

Basically if I can do it so CAN you.

I also write very strong opinion regarding places or some restaurant and foods they serve in term of quality and value for money. This, you will find it different with your own opinion.

The comments about foods or places or restaurants is not for everyone to agree, but it is to help to open your mind to try and challenge yourself and be willing to be your own food critics.

Give yourself a go taste some food then see if you have some opinion then try recipes, restaurant, bars, cafe's etc decide for yourself which one is your favourite.

OSANG OSENG SARDIN DGN SHITAKE MUSHROOM / STIR FRY SARDINE WITH SHITAKE MUSHROOM


OSANG ASENG SARDEN DGN JAMUR SHITAKE / STIR FRY SARDINE WITH SHITAKE MUSHROOM
Percaya atau tidak tapi inilah yg saya buat kalo lagi muales masak, gampang dan murah meriah. Bahan jamur shitake dapat diganti dengan jamur apa saja sesuai selera, porsi dan begitu juga dengan yg lainnya.
Saya memakai jamur shitake karena masih ada sisa sisa di lemari dan sebelum tanda kadarluasanya tiba dgn secepatnya saya masak dengan ikan sarden yg hasilnya cukup lumayan untuk pengganjal perut.
Bahan bahan / Ingredients :
- 1 Kaleng Sarden ( 1 tin sardine in tomato sauce )
- 1 Kaleng Jamur shitake ( 1 tin of Shitake mushroom ) lebih bagus yg dikaleng krn sudah siap dimasak.
- 4 sendok makan Minyak sayur ( 4 tablespoon vegetable oil )
- 1 Bawang Bombay ( 1 onion )
- 3 Cabe merah ( 3 red chilli / large one )
- 3 siung bawang putih ( 3 garlic cloves )
- 1/2 Sendok teh Jahe bubuk ( 1/2 teaspoon powder ginger )
- 1/2 kotak tomato pasata ( 1/2 box tomato passata )
- Garam dan merica secukupnya ( Salt and Pepper to your taste )
Cara membuat / How to cook :
- Iris Jamur sesuai selera ( slice the mushroom to your needs )
- Bawang bombay potong dadu, bawang putih dan cabe iris tipis, goreng berikut jahe dgn minyak sayur sampai harum lalu masukkan irisan jamur masak selama beberapa menit.
- Masukkan sarden masak sampai mendidih lalu masukkan pasata biarkan masak sampai 5 menit, kasih garam dan merica secukupnya.
siap disajikan bersama nasi putih panas dan kerupuk emping.
